Over centuries, energy healing systems have been practised across various cultures and religions. Although each civilisation named and conceptualised these practices in their own unique way. The idea behind the system remains as a subtle, vital energy force that flows through the body and ultimately the universe. This energy plays a crucial role in our physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Ancient Egyptians had a highly developed understanding of the human body, mind and spirit, as well as the energetic forces that influenced well-being. Their approach to health and healing were based on a holistic model, integrating physical, spiritual and energetic aspects.
In Egyptian healing modalities and some other religious and spiritual traditions the soul or spirit is a form of energy that exists beyond the physical body. The maintenance of health and purity of the spirit is often seen as key to overall well-being. Practicing prayer, meditation and spiritual healing aims to restore balance and connect individual to a higher source of energy and vibration.
Similar to Reiki, a Japanese system of healing, healing energies are channelled through a practitioner in a hands-on or near body transmutation, focussing on the manipulation of the biofield, “vital force or vital energy”, an unseen force that controls health and life and linked to soul or spirit, to promote healing.
In ancient Egyptian belief, the KA was a vital essence of life force that existed within each person, closely associated with the breath and the soul. The KA was thought to sustain life and was considered a protective force. The BA was another aspect of the soul, it represented a person’s individuality. The balance of the KA and BA was essential for spiritual health and fundamental in Egyptian healing practices and it emphasized the connection between the body and spirit.
Kundalini Energy as in Hindu and Tantric traditions also play a part in Egyptian Energy Healing as kundalini energy reside at the base of the spine and when awakened can lead to spiritual enlightenment and heightened states of awareness. Energy healing work balance and opens the chakras allowing energy to flow freely through the body.

Founded by Elisabeth Jensen, Principal of the Isis Mystery School, Auset Energy Healing is a highly effective healing system based on ancient Egyptian healing methods and alchemy. this healing modality addresses the well-being of body, mind and spirit (soul) and combines aspects of ancient Egyptian spiritual practices with contemporary energy healing techniques.
The main focus is to channel divine feminine energy, wisdom and healing power to restore balance, health and harmony within and on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
This session is a hands-on process, tapping into Auset’s healing attributes to assist in balancing and restoring the client’s energy. It allows the emphasize to be on the flow of compassion, intuitive and restorative energy while encouraging the healing of emotional wounds and trauma.
Special invocations and visualizations invoke divine healing and wisdom. Involving working with the body’s energy field and the chakra system. Healing is channeled where it is needed in the body to clear blockages, balance the chakra’s and restore natural flow of life force energy.
Emphasis is placed on the heart chakra and crown chakra as these chakras resonate strongly with Auset’s attributes of nurturing and spiritual insight while healing works through all the layers of the auric field.
